These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 996pk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 996pk website located at https://996pk.cam and all associated services, features and content made available through it.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 996pk, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the jurisdiction in which you are located or the operator's licence conditions, whichever is greater;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee or contractor of 996pk or any related entity;
• You do not already hold an active or suspended Account on the Platform — only one Account per person is permitted;
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current and complete.

The Platform reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If a User is found to have registered while under the eligible minimum age, any winnings will be forfeited, the Account will be closed and all deposits (less any amounts already withdrawn) will be returned at the Platform's discretion in compliance with applicable law.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, choose a secure password and supply accurate personal details as prompted. You agree to keep your registration information up to date by contacting support if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of unauthorised access promptly upon becoming aware of it.

The Platform employs SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit, but you are also responsible for ensuring the security of the device from which you access your Account. You should log out after each session, particularly on shared devices. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or close an Account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of security, fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful processing by the Platform's payment systems. The available deposit methods are displayed in the live cashier and may change at any time without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set per method and are shown at the point of transaction.

Familiar Pakistani payment references — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced on the Platform for user familiarity only. The Platform does not represent or warrant that any of these providers permit gambling transactions. You are responsible for confirming that your chosen payment method can be used for this purpose under your provider's own terms and any applicable law.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The Platform applies anti-money-laundering (AML) checks to all transactions and may request source-of-funds documentation as part of KYC compliance.

The Platform is not responsible for transaction fees charged by your payment provider, currency conversion costs or delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of the Platform's compliance team before the first withdrawal is processed;
• The destination payment account must be registered in the same name as your 996pk Account — identity mismatches will result in withdrawal rejection;
• Any active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement will restrict or reduce the withdrawable balance — check your bonus status before submitting a withdrawal request;
• Withdrawals below the stated minimum threshold will not be processed;
• The Platform processes withdrawal requests in the order received, but processing times are not guaranteed and depend on the chosen payment method and the Platform's compliance review procedures.

The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is identified. No guaranteed processing-time representations are made.

The Platform may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirement: The stated multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount and/or qualifying deposit before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted;
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: A per-bet or per-spin stake cap (for example, PKR 500) that applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture;
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates (e.g., slots at 100%, table games at 10–20%). Excluded games contribute 0%;
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not fully wagered within the stated time limit (e.g., 7 or 30 days) will be forfeited along with any winnings attributed to them;
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum winnings that may be withdrawn — for example, PKR 5,000 from a free-spin bonus regardless of total winnings generated;
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: A minimum deposit (e.g., PKR 1,000) is typically required to activate a welcome offer. The bonus percentage applies up to the stated maximum (e.g., up to PKR 25,000).

All bonus figures quoted in promotional materials are illustrative unless confirmed by an active offer in the Platform's Promotions section. The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotional offer at any time. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, household or IP address.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, event or game type, as published in the relevant betting rules section of the Platform. In the case of any ambiguity, the Platform's ruling shall be final.

The Platform offers markets across a range of sports and events, including but not limited to Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other combat sports, and esports events. Cricket markets — particularly relating to the Pakistan national team and PSL franchises — are subject to cricket-specific betting rules covering voided markets, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, match abandonment and related scenarios.

The Platform reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed on an incorrect or palpably erroneous price;
• Limit the maximum stake accepted on any market at its discretion;
• Suspend or close any market prior to settlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event is in question;
• Delay settlement of any bet pending further verification of the result from authoritative sources.

Bets accepted in error, including those placed after the official start of an event (late bets), may be voided at the Platform's discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account per person, household or IP address;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technology to place bets or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Abusing bonuses, including systematic exploitation of bonus terms or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Threatening, abusing or harassing Platform staff or other users.

Where the Platform identifies or reasonably suspects a prohibited activity, it may immediately suspend or terminate the relevant Account(s), forfeit any balance and bonuses therein, report the activity to relevant authorities, and pursue legal remedies as appropriate.

All content on the 996pk Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, data feeds, odds presentation formats and user-interface elements — is the exclusive property of 996pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without express prior written consent from 996pk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 996pk, its directors, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, server failure, telecommunication disruptions or events beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with applicable local law when accessing the Platform;
• Third-party payment processing delays, fees or failures.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted access or the accuracy of information provided on it beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

996pk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable way to generate income, and losses should always be considered a possible outcome before placing any wager.

The following responsible-gambling tools are available to all registered users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders or automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block access to your Account for a defined period (e.g., 30 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Contact our support team to activate this option.

The Platform does not permit Accounts to be opened by, or for the benefit of, individuals under the eligible minimum age. If you suspect that a minor is accessing your Account, contact support immediately. For further guidance, please review our dedicated Responsible Gambling page.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Any balance remaining after deducting pending bonus-wagering obligations and applicable fees will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination by 996pk: The Platform may suspend or permanently close your Account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where it determines, acting reasonably, that you have breached any material term of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false information, or where continued operation of the Account would create legal, regulatory or reputational risk. In cases of confirmed fraud or bonus abuse, the Platform reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance.

Sections 9 (Prohibited Activities), 11 (Limitation of Liability) and 15 (Governing Law) shall survive termination of the Account.

996pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or registered email address. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following notification or publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The current version of these Terms, identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its licence, as published on the Platform from time to time.

Nothing in these Terms overrides or displaces mandatory consumer-protection or gambling-regulation requirements that may apply in your local jurisdiction. Pakistani users are reminded that online gambling is subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that the legal status of online and remote gambling can be complex and may vary depending on applicable federal and provincial regulation. This section does not constitute legal advice, and you should seek independent legal counsel if you require guidance on your legal position.

996pk does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority.
